The report features three Oklahoma school districts that operate Breakfast After the Bell models, sharing their stories and advice for optimizing the program for different schools’ needs and preferences. The report also offers guidance and technical information on transitioning from traditional breakfast models to Breakfast After the Bell models. Lastly, the report provides a more in-depth look into the data and statistics of school breakfast participation amidst COVID-19 challenges.
