HFO will hold three Summer Meals Regional Convenings in partnership with the Childhood Food Security Coalition (CFSC), Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma (FBEO), Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma (RFBO), and Lawton Farmers Market. These convenings will replace the previous annual Summer Meals Kick-off format. Moving the kickoff to smaller convenings partners regional organizations together to create more localized impact. There will be space for 40 anti-hunger professionals at each convening.
The dates are:
- Oklahoma City, February 22, 2024 at Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma
- Tulsa, March 5, 2024 at Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma (click here to register – only a few spots left!)
- Lawton, March 12, 2024 at Lawton Farmers Market (click here to register)
